Day 1
Arrive in Calgary
Arriving in Canada you’ll transfer to your hotel which is located right at the centre of Calgary. You’ll then have the afternoon free to relax or explore the city. At 6pm you’ll have a welcome meeting with your tour guide where you’ll get to meet your group and go over the details of the amazing journey that awaits you.

Day 2
Lake Louise/Jasper
Today you’ll begin the tour, heading northwards into the stunningly beautiful Canadian Rockies. The first stop with be the breathtaking Lake Louse – often referred to as the Jewel of the Canadian Rockies. Enjoy the pretty views (and make sure you take plenty of photos) before heading onwards on the Icefields Parkway, looking out over towering mountains and impressive glaciers. Catch a glimpse of the wildlife including moose, elk and mountain goats – with a bit of luck you might see a grizzly or black bear. Finally you’ll reach the pretty town of Jasper where you’ll spend the night.

Day 3
Jasper National Park
Today you’ll start with morning with time to relax and venture out at leisure to enjoy some of Jasper’s quaint architecture and streets. Then venture to Maligne Lake and enjoy a delicious Regional Lunch with wine at the Maligne Lake Chalet - a beautiful rustic log building overlooking the stunning lake. In the afternoon you’ll regroup for a guided walk of Maligne Canyon – well known as a truly beautiful gorge. Here you’ll learn about the underground rivers of the valley and enjoy impressive natural sights. Later you’ll venture on to the water where you’ll enjoy a cruise down the Maligne Lake.

Day 4
Athabasca Glacier/Banff
Today you’ll depart Jasper and head south. You’ll stop off at the Columbia Icefield Visitor Centre where you’ll step on to the Ice Explorer, an enormous vehicle that has been specially designed to travel on glaciers. The Ice Explorer will take you to the Athabasca Glacier and on the way you’ll learn about glaciers and icefields. After meet a Cree Guide and learn about the importance of Buffalo to the survival of the First Nations. Sip tea, share stories and discover the sacred contract that they hold with this powerful beast. Later you’ll drive on to the famous village of Banff. After having dinner you’ll enjoy a relaxed chat with a retired Canadian Mountie who will share stories.

Day 5
Banff
Today you'll head to Canmore to meet a Canadian hockey player and a professional coach who will walk you through a day in the life of a player. This is Canada’s national game and this is a great way to experience real Canadian culture.You'll learn the secrets and superstitions of the game, don full hockey gear and get on the ice yourself to score a goal. Later you’ll visit the beautiful Bow Falls and see world-class rock formations.

Day 6
Banff/Yoho National Park
This morning is at leisure for further exploration of the town at your own pace. Then you head on to the Valley of Ten Peaks and Moraine Lake where you'll experience the jaw dropping scenery of the turquoise waterfalls and mountains. In the evening you’ll travel to a ranch for a special farewell dinner with your group. The ranch is a beautiful place with lovely alpine meadows and a huge variety of wildlife. After dinner enjoy a memorable lined dancing lesson.

Day 7
Canmore/Calgary
Today you head down from the Canadian Rockies and transfer back to Calgary International Airport to catch your flight home.
Last day transfer will arrive at the airport at 11:30am, please be aware when booking your flights that the departure flight should be no earlier than 2:30pm

Arrive home
