Overview
Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, in the village of Ucluelet, surrounded by the Pacific Rim National Park. The name of the resort is perfectly true, as it sits on an outcrop with the harbour on one side and the inlet on the other. Set in a simply stunning location, relax in the peace and tranquillity of this all suite retreat. It’s a short distance from a handful of restaurants and bars in the harbour, 2km from the Wild Pacific Trail and 5km from Amphrite Point Lighthouse. There are breathtaking views of the inlet and the harbour, the sunsets here are legendary!
The suites are well-designed with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. There are 5 different suite types, all with spectacular views of the inlet, harbour and forest with Pacific Ocean waters at your doorstep. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant or bar, but the suites contain a full kitchen, and there are several eateries and bars around the harbour within walking distance.
There are a number of fantastic facilities and excellent guest services, with morning yoga on the beach, DVDs, board games and books in the lobby and a kayak launch centre. The Nurture Day Spa is the only Aveda Concept on the West Coast offering relaxing signature treatments, embracing Aveda's art and science of pure flower and plant extracts with therapeutic and botanical approaches to the traditional spa experience.
